INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
INGREDIENTS
Dry part:
- ½ cup almond milk (or other milk of choice)
- 1 serving (30 g) of Go Good Whey Protein Powder + Organic Bananar
- 1 ripe banana, previously frozen
- 2-3 Deglet Noor dates (or 1-2 Medjool dates; add based on desired sweetness)
- 2-3 teaspoons almond butter
- ½ teaspoons vanilla extract (optional)

DIRECTIONS
- Blend all of the ingredients until creamy and no large chunks of date remain (some visible fibers are okay). Add more milk for a thinner consistency, more protein powder or almond butter for more creaminess, or more dates or banana for more sweetness.
